spare parts & repairs

If your fire protection gates are damaged and no longer work properly, you can rely on us – even in an emergency!

Not only does your fire protection system need regular maintenance, but the individual fitted parts of the entire system also need to be replaced on a regular basis and must be constantly checked to ensure that they are in perfect working order. This is the only way to guarantee complete functionality of your conveyor system closure at all times.

In addition to our preventive services, we also offer emergency services 365 days a year, which include repairs of all common brands and models as well as a spare parts service. The required spare parts are either sent directly to you or provided and exchanged by our service technicians as part of an upcoming maintenance appointment or commissioned repair visit. Our service technicians will promptly coordinate a service call with you on a flexible basis.

Even if a costly repair is required, we will provide you with an offer adapted to your needs in a timely manner so that the functionality of your fire protection systems can be restored and your downtime can be kept to a minimum. We offer service nationwide and throughout Europe – should you need it, 365 days a year.

Control system replacement

If your system was commissioned before 2015, it no longer meets current requirements! We can professionally replace your hold-open system.

Hold-open systems are often part of a fire protection system that keeps the fire protection gate or door open during normal operation and closes it safely in case of fire.

Control technology is constantly under development, handling is becoming more and more user-friendly, and the minimum requirements prescribed by law are subject to change. In an emergency, an outdated control system cannot fully ensure the functionality of your conveyor system closures. Existing conveyor system closures can only be modernised through replacement of the control system. This ensures that your fire protection system remains reliable and your employees stay safe. You can reliably avoid possible downtime due to fire.

It is particularly necessary to replace a control system if the approval of a conveyor system closure granted by the construction supervision agency has expired. The Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt), a German technical authority based in Berlin, issues this approval, which is then usually valid for five years. After expiration of approval, the hold-open system continues to be covered under provisions made to safeguard existing standards and may continue to be operated, but the spare parts may be subject to limited availability or no longer available in certain cases.
